Well…it’s been a long time hasn’t it?? I knew this city is a busy field, but didn’t realise just HOW busy! So while I’m travelling back from Specials at Venado Tuerto, I’ll take the time to post a hodge podge of photos that are mounting up. I’ll TRY and put them into some semblance of order, but they might get a bit mixed up!
Welcome to Buenos Aires, popn 19 million (4 million alone in the Federal Capital, the inner city…wow, that’s the population of NZ!!). Our life is one of trains, buses and the underground every day carting a backpack around that seems to weigh 5 tons some days. There are only 4 churches, but the friends are scattered around the 4 winds of the city. On a Sunday recently we travelled from the north to the south where we had our gospel meeting that afternoon, took us 2 and a half hours… OK, so here go some photos. My companion is Laura Romagnoli, 29, her first year in the work.
